("Universe"), our exclusive third-party ticketing platform, in connection with ticket sales for the Somewhere Music Festival. Universe processes ticket purchases on our behalf and shares purchaser and ticket holder data with us so that we may fulfill our obligations as the event organizer; and

•  Information collected automatically as you navigate through the Website. Information collected automatically may include usage details, domain address, IP addresses, internet browser, operating system, your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Website, and information collected through cookies.

• Location data. We may collect location data such as information about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Website. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). •  to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, to process your inquiry regarding a recent ticket purchase, sponsorship, or volunteer opportunities;

Somewhere Events uses first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies for various purposes, including to monitor and analyze the use of the Website, help us provide information to you more effectively, conduct internal analytics, and provide advertising. Data Retention

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We are based in and operate out of the United States. The Somewhere Music Festival is advertised as an all-ages event, and minors may attend with a ticket purchased by a parent or legal guardian.
