Lindsay Jamieson is a British brand strategist and drummer based in Nashville, TN, currently serving as Director of Brand and Marketing Services for Midtopia. His branding career began in the mid-1990s at Red Spider in London, the world’s first advertising planning agency, where his unconventional approach earned him the nickname "Scary Spider."

This involved global strategic work for clients such as LucasFilm (The Phantom Menace), BBC, Ford, Napster, P&G, and Kellogg’s.Jamieson’s music career brought him to Nashville in 1998, where he continued branding work with Headmint Global Strategy out of NYC, working on projects for Coca-Cola, Steinway, VW, Harley Davidson, Jim Beam, and more across the globe. As a drummer, he has recorded and toured internationally with artists including Ben Folds, William Shatner, Joe Jackson, Kid Loco, Mat Kearney, Landon Pigg, The Sundays, Brendan Benson and Robyn Hitchcock, amongst many others.His composition work includes soundtracks for the ESPN documentary More Than A Voice and the indie film The Colonel's Bride. In 2024, he co-directed the Rosemary Hill video for Sixpence None The Richer through Midtopia Films. During the COVID lockdown, his branding work with the D Tour Network led to his connection with Midtopia, where his story continues.
