Kelli graduated from Tulane University and earned her MBA in Marketing in 2009. Over the last 20 years, she has worked with labels and distributors, moving from UMG doing artist development to Fontana Distribution handling indie label sales and marketing, and back to UMG to work on new digital business. A passion for new music technology led her to an early role at Rdio, a music streaming service started by the founder of Skype, where she lead the music and label relations team. Jumping back into the creative side of the business in 2014, she founded her own company, The SoundClub, an artist management firm which also provides label services for a variety of clients including Lionsgate, Round Hill Music and more. In 2020, she launched her own independent record label, If This Then Records. Her current management roster includes indie rock buzz band Wishy, viral sensation Kinneret, folk singer John-Robert and the pop singer-songwriter Taylor Bickett.
