Memphis-born Gina Waters Miller has built an extraordinary career in Nashville over the last 30 years as a musician, educator, entrepreneur, and industry executive. Her passion for the arts has shaped her purpose and work, leaving a lasting impact on artists and the music industry.

After two decades with MNRK Music Group (formerly Entertainment One), she founded Waters Edge Entertainment, a boutique agency specializing in talent management, consulting, leadership coaching, and experiential learning for corporate leaders.Miller serves on numerous boards and advisory councils. Her leadership has been recognized by Billboard’s Women in Music (2018, 2020) and Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence (2021).

She is an alum of Leadership Music’s Class of 2022. In 2023, she received the Music Business Association’s Presidential Award for Outstanding Executive Achievement, and in 2024, she was honored by the National Museum of African American Music (NMAAM) for her excellence in music and culture. Miller also received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden for her volunteer service.An elected Commissioner to Nashville’s Music, Film, and Entertainment Commission and a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she serves on the National Arts and Letters Commission, Miller uses her platform to drive lasting change—where creativity thrives, leadership inspires, and legacy endures.
