Her commitment to artist advocacy extends through her work as the host of HYFIN Verified and Hyfinated Conversations where she spotlights groundbreaking musicians, providing them with a platform to share their stories and artistry.Through her podcast, Mic Drop Moment she explores the global music landscapes, bridging cultural gaps and highlighting diverse sonic influences. Recognized as a Global Music Delegate, she has traveled internationally to engage in critical discussions about industry access and equity, particularly for Black artists.Beyond her media work, Element has interviewed over 100 influential culture creators, including Killer Mike, Donnell Rawlings, Bob James, Marlon Wayans, Kamasi Washington, Wynton Marsalis and Moonchild.
